It’s May, and those April showers have brought us a beautiful bounty of local produce and foraged goods. Proper Sake has welcomed us to return, this time with our menu full of late spring vegetables and Japanese fish that are only available for a fleeting moment. Ayu, a melon Scented member of the smelt family, will be a highlight of this menu as will Sansai(wild foraged plants and vegetables). This menu will be our full 10 Course menu priced at $200/guest +tax with an optional $80/guest +tax Beverage Pairing provided by the Proper Sake team. We are so excited about this season that we’ve added a second day! That’s right, twice the opportunities to enjoy these transient delicacies! We look forward to sharing the bounties of spring with you!
By nature of our menu there is no meat with the exception of gelatin. We cannot accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions at this time.
