We have been invited by Sushi | Bar to join Ryan Poli of Iggy’s for a night of fun and collaboration. As the old adage goes April showers bring May flowers, except in Japan, the showers are those of pink Cherry Blossoms falling from ancient trees. Join us as we celebrate this once a year moment in time for a menu laced with Cherry Blossoms throughout. Our courses will feature the beautiful seafood of Japan paired with local produce and those evanescent blossoms that people flock from all around the world to catch a glimpse of.
