It’s July in the South, which means it’s HOT! No need to sweat though, we’re back at Proper Sake and this time we’ll be cooling you off with a menu of chilled Seafood and Vegetables. It’s also grilling and smoking season here in Tennessee so we’ll be doing a bit of both. Think cold Soba, vinegary marinated Aji, and silky, refreshing tofu. This menu will consist of 10 Courses and be priced at $200/guest +tax. Proper Sake will be providing an $80/guest +tax Beverage Pairing. Brave the heat and we promise you a chill night!
